Conduct both routine and advanced clinical laboratory analysesranging from chemistry to hematology, immunology, and beyondwhile adhering to established protocols.

Evaluate test results for precision, address discrepancies, and ensure proper maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.

Support specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as required.

Document all laboratory procedures meticulously, train newcomers or interns, and uphold the lab's quality control standards.

Maintain a safe and clean working environment while following regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree, alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Obtaining ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hire is required. It is essential to maintain current certification throughout employment.

Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.

Able to exercise independent judgment and problem-solving skills in fast-paced or high-pressure situations.

Excellent organizational abilities and keen attention to detail, particularly regarding quality control and documentation processes.
