Your Contributions

• Conduct both standard and advanced laboratory tests—including chemistry, hematology, and immunology—following established protocols with great care.
• Evaluate test results for accuracy, troubleshoot and resolve errors, and conduct maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for testing, as required.
• Keep detailed records of all procedures, facilitate training of new team members, and ensure adherence to quality assurance standards.
• Promote a clean and safe working environment in compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent accredited allied health degree, plus preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout the duration of employment.
