Your Role

• Conduct both routine and specialized lab tests—including chemistry, hematology, and immunology—following established clinical procedures.
• Evaluate test results for precision, resolve discrepancies, and carry out routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Assist in the collection of specimens and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of all processes, contribute to the training of new staff or students, and uphold the highest standards of lab quality.
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a relevant allied health degree along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of employment.
• Ongoing maintenance of current certification throughout your career.
