Description - Responsibilities Awaiting You

• Conduct a variety of standard and specialized clinical laboratory tests in areas such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology, in strict accordance with established procedures.
• Evaluate the accuracy of test results, address discrepancies, and perform scheduled maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Support specimen collection and ensure that samples are properly handled and processed for testing.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all procedures, assist in training procedures for new employees or interns, and contribute to the maintenance of lab quality standards.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety within the laboratory, strictly following regulatory and accreditation protocols.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a related allied health field, combined with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications Required

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of joining.
• Ensure that certifications are current and valid throughout the duration of employment.
