Description - Your Key Responsibilities

• Conduct both routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests-encompassing chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond-while adhering to established protocols.
• Assess results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform preventive maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for thorough testing when required.
• Thoroughly document all processes, mentor new staff or trainees, and help maintain the highest quality standards in the lab.
• Ensure a pristine, safe work environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be acquired within the first year of hire.
• Maintain current certification throughout your career with us.
