Responsibilities - Your Impact

• Conduct a range of laboratory tests-from routine to complex, including chemistry, hematology, and immunology-adhering to established protocols.
• Validate results for precision, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and ensure lab instruments are properly maintained and calibrated.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, oversee the training of new hires or interns, and maintain lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe workspace, complying with all regulatory and accreditation protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health degree, plus ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hire.
• Maintain current certification for the duration of employment.
