Description - What Your Role Entails

• Assess results for precision, proactively troubleshoot discrepancies, and oversee preventive maintenance of laboratory equipment.
• Engage in specimen collection and sample preparation as required.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, mentor new members or students, and ensure quality standards are upheld in the lab.
• Work in a clean and secure environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Educational Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, and preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Necessary Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of joining.
• Ensure continued certification throughout your tenure.
