Description What You'll Do

• Conduct a variety of routine and advanced clinical lab testsincluding chemistry, hematology, and immunologyfollowing established protocols.
• Assess test results for correctness, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform preventive maintenance on laboratory equipment.
• Assist in the collection of specimens and prepare them for analytical processes as required.
• Thoroughly document all laboratory procedures, mentor new team members, and contribute to maintaining high quality standards within the lab.
• Ensure a clean, secure workspace while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree, plus preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be achieved within the first year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your tenure.
