Mortgage Loan Officer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Originator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage application process, assessing their financial needs, and providing tailored loan solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial sales skills and a deep understanding of mortgage products, ensuring a seamless experience for clients from application to closing. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their mortgage needs and provide appropriate loan options. Conduct thorough credit analysis to evaluate borrowers' financial situations. Collaborate with real estate agents, underwriters, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Qualifications 3 to 5 years of similar or related experience Must have established relationships with local area realtors and broker Must be registered by the Nationwide Multi-state Licensing System Registry (NMLS) Join us in helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams while building a rewarding career in the financial services industry! #J-18808-Ljbffr
