*Job Description & Requirements* Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8 Pay Rate: $87.30 - $94.50 This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity: * Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00a-5:00p * Patients Per Day: 20-22 * Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic * Scope: Standard Primary Care, All Ages * State Licensure: Active California State License and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) * Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Board Certified * Credentialing Timeframe: 30 Days *Facility Location* Located in the San Fernando Valley region of Los Angeles, Van Nuys has a large recreation area with basketball courts, a children’s play area, soccer fields and lighted tennis courts. Take a short drive into Los Angeles, visit Disney Land, tour Tinseltown or go shopping at the famous Grove.
