Billing ManagerCBIZ Talent Solutions is seeking a skilled and results-oriented Billing Manager for our Atlanta, GA based client. This hands-on Billing Manager will oversee the company's end-to-end billing operations and ensure accurate, timely, and contract-compliant invoicing. This role is responsible for managing billing processes, collections, automation initiatives, and staff development while partnering cross-functionally to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full customer billing cycle, ensuring timely, accurate, and contract-compliant invoicing.Oversee collections activities and serve as the primary point of contact for billing discrepancies and customer inquiries.Lead billing system administration, automation initiatives, and process enhancements utilizing billing and ERP platforms.Partner with Accounting, Operations, Sales, Legal, and IT teams to improve billing processes and operational effectiveness.Supervise, coach, and develop Billing Specialists/Analysts while monitoring billing performance metrics and supporting month-end close and audit activities.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.Minimum of five years of progressive billing, accounts receivable, or revenue cycle experience.Prior supervisory or team leadership experience required.Strong knowledge of contract-based billing, collections, billing automation, and ERP systems.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with exceptional analytical, organizational, communication, and customer service abilities.This is a hybrid position requiring at least three days per week in the office. Salary range: $90,000 – $100,000 annually.
