Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible California SLP licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) highly preferred; strong Clinical Fellows also considered
- Experience working with pediatric populations within schools or healthcare settings
- Knowledge of IEP process, documentation, and progress monitoring
- Comfort with both in-person and teletherapy service models
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech and language services to a diverse caseload of students
- Conduct assessments, interpret results, and develop impactful intervention plans
- Write and implement IEP goals, attending meetings and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Offer both in-person and virtual therapy sessions, adapting strategies to best serve each student
- Maintain thorough records, progress notes, and required documentation
- Serve as a resource for teachers, staff, and families, providing consultation and training as needed
