Manager, Compliance Risk Management

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Manager of Compliance Risk Management to lead identification, assessment, and mitigation of quality and regulatory risks across DePuy Synthes operations. This Quality Assurance leadership role partners with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory adherence and strengthen compliance culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead compliance risk management activities including identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring
- Develop and maintain risk management processes aligned with quality system and regulatory requirements
- Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate risk-based thinking into operational decision-making
- Support internal and external audits and inspections through risk assessments and documentation
- Analyze trends, metrics, and quality data to identify emerging compliance risks and opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, or related technical discipline
- 6–8 years progressive experience in Quality Assurance, Compliance, or Risk Management in regulated industry
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, compliance risk management, and regulatory expectations
- Experience supporting audits, inspections, and compliance-related activities
- Ability to assess risk, analyze data, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Proven effectiveness in cross-functional and matrixed environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with stakeholder influence capability
