As a Human Resources Generalist, you're not just supporting daily operations of the hotel's HR function you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Support daily HR operations: Perform multiple key HR functions such as recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, compliance, safety, and performance management, ensuring compliance with corporate HR policies and federal/local regulations
• Foster team member engagement: Support employee relations initiatives such as recognition programs, special events, and engagement activities to create a positive workplace culture
• Maintain employment data in HR systems: Assist with data management, track employment transitions, generate reports, and process unemployment claims
• Ensure HR compliance: Adhere to all employment regulations, fair hiring practices, and company policies
