We're looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Human Resources Generalist who is passionate about people, culture, and helping organizations grow. What You'll Do As our HR Generalist, you'll play a key role in attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining the talented people who drive Revology's success. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and supporting full-cycle recruiting efforts, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new team members Creating exceptional onboarding and employee experiences that set employees up for success Serving as a trusted resource for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters Supporting performance management, employee development, engagement initiatives, and training programs Coordinating benefits administration and employee communicationsMaintaining accurate employee records, HR systems, and compliance documentation What Success Looks Like In this role, you'll help create a workplace where employees feel supported, engaged, and empowered to do their best work. Success means: Employees receive timely, accurate, and professional HR support Recruiting and onboarding processes run smoothly and create a positive first impression HR records and systems are maintained accurately and compliantly Managers receive proactive guidance that improves performance, engagement, and retention HR initiatives, compliance programs, and employee-focused projects are completed successfully and on schedule What You Bring Required Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Administration, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) Preferred Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar HR certification Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance Experience supporting recruiting and employee relations Manufacturing and/or automotive industry experience Why Revology?
