Human Resources Coordinator

The People Coordinator will focus on handling a wide range of administrative tasks to support a compliant, people-focused HR department. Responsibilities: Enter and update information in HRIS applications and other databases including employee directory. Maintain compliant and up-to-date personnel records including contact information, emergency contact, and work address. Support recruitment activities including scheduling interviews, managing calendars, and communicating with both candidates and hiring managers. Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes including data entry, requesting background checks, IT provisioning, and handling Form I-9 verification. Assist with benefit administration including data entry and accurate recordkeeping. Assisting with payroll processing including processing garnishments, contractor timesheets, etc. Manage Learning subscription including managing users, tracking learner progress, and troubleshooting technical issues. Administer and coordinate performance management cycle. Support various employee engagement initiatives including the employee newsletter, virtual networking, and annual holiday parties. Supporting departmental projects and initiatives including creating reports, presentations, and other requested documents. Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field is preferred. 2+ years of relevant experience in HR, administrative field, or related. Experience with HRIS system is a plus Familiarity with both Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite. Meticulous attention to detail is necessary for maintaining accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and other tasks. Maintaining confidentiality regarding sensitive employee information is required.
