Oracle Global Payroll Functional Contractor

Position: Oracle Global Payroll Cloud Functional Contractor Experience: 6+ Years Location: Remote Employment Type: Contractor Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle HCM Payroll Cloud implementations, primarily for UK and Global clients. Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into robust functional configurations. Configure payroll components, including elements, fast formulas, balances, costing, and statutory reports. Oversee the complete payroll processing lifecycle, including validation, reconciliation, and reporting. Drive and coordinate SIT, UAT, and parallel runs, ensuring business readiness and smooth cutover. Collaborate with technical, integration, and reporting teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Provide functional expertise and production support, troubleshooting and resolving payroll issues efficiently. Ensure compliance with local and global statutory payroll regulations, staying current on legislative updates. Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation including BP80s, BR100s, and user training materials. Mentor junior consultants and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications 6+ years of functional experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with a strong focus on Payroll (Global/UK). Proven track record in multiple end-to-end implementations and support engagements. In-depth knowledge of statutory payroll processes, retro pay, costing, and fast formula development. Working knowledge of related modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, and Time & Labor. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience. Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and deliver within deadlines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
