Tooele Motor Company is looking for a friendly, professional, and self-motivated Receptionist/Service Scheduler to be the first point of contact for our dealership. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while creating a welcoming experience for every guest.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, scheduling and confirming service appointments, following up with customers, and helping maintain a full and efficient service schedule. Success in this position requires confidence making outbound calls, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with customers while providing exceptional service.

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, stays organized, and can work independently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include answering and managing a high volume of inbound calls in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, making outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments, proactively contacting customers for appointment reminders, missed appointments, declined services, and maintenance recommendations, scheduling service appointments accurately while maximizing shop capacity and technician availability, greeting customers and visitors, directing calls and guests to the appropriate department or team member, maintaining accurate customer information and appointment records in the dealership management system, communicating clearly with customers regarding appointment availability, service expectations, and dealership processes, responding to customer questions and resolving concerns with professionalism and courtesy, working closely with the service advisors and management team to ensure a smooth customer experience, following established processes while taking initiative to identify opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency and customer satisfaction, staying organized, prioritizing multiple tasks, and working independently in a fast-paced environment, meeting appointment-setting and customer follow-up goals while maintaining a high level of customer service, performing additional administrative and receptionist duties as assigned, and familiarizing yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently.

Qualifications include experience with Microsoft Office suite Word, Excel, also Google Docs is a plus, available to work flexible hours on weeknights & weekends, ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and personnel, professional personal appearance, clean driving record, and bilingual Spanish a plus!
