Apply today!Pay$30–$34 per hour, based on experienceWhat We OfferMedical, Dental, and Vision insuranceFree Basic Life InsuranceShort-Term and Long-Term Disability401(k) planPaid HolidaysPaid Time Off (PTO)What You'll DoLead and perform HVAC installation and service work on commercial construction projectsRead, interpret, and work from blueprints and project specifications to determine how and where to fabricate, assemble, and install sheet metal productsMeasure, mark, and lay out materials using tools such as scribes, rulers, calculators, and squaresCoordinate HVAC installation activities with other trades on the jobsiteInstall ductwork, HVAC equipment, piping, and related systems according to project specificationsFasten joints and seams using solder, welds, caulk, bolts, and metal driver clips to ensure durable, high-quality installationsInstall HVAC assemblies, including ductwork, piping, flashings, rain gutters, and furnace casings within supporting frameworksInstall and connect air handlers, VAV boxes, rooftop units, heaters, and other HVAC equipmentSelect the appropriate type and gauge of sheet metal based on project specificationsUse hand and power tools to trim, buff, smooth, file, and grind metal surfaces and joints to ensure quality and safe installationsEnsure HVAC systems are fabricated and installed efficiently while meeting quality standardsMaintain a safe work environment and ensure all company and jobsite safety procedures are followedWhat You'll BringProven experience as an HVAC Technician, Journeyman, or Foreman, preferably in commercial constructionDemonstrated leadership skills and the ability to effectively supervise and coordinate a teamStrong knowledge of HVAC codes, regulations, and industry best practices.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specificationsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot challenging HVAC issuesExcellent communication and teamwork skills when working with employees, clients, subcontractors, and other tradesAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced commercial construction environmentAbility to operate company vehicles and maintain a clean driving recordWorking with our Company:Founded in 1991, T.A.
