Sentara Heart Hospital in Norfolk, Virginia is hiring a Travel Registered Nurse for the Cardiac Surgical Stepdown Unit (4HH)!
Location: Norfolk, VA
Work Shift: First (Days)
Overview:
This unit provides high acuity cardiac care for pre and post cardiac surgery patients to include bypass surgery, cardiac valve repairs/replacements, thoracic surgery/lung diagnostics, and other cardiac based procedures and treatments. Dedicated to high quality care, patient outcomes, safety and teamwork is a standard of the staff. Nurses handle 4 patients on this unit based on acuity level.
Pay Rate: $70.00/hr
Employment Type: Temporary Full Time
Assignment Duration: 14-week assignment
Shift: Day Shift

Education:
- Associates, Bachelors, Masters, or diploma in the Nursing Field required
Certification/Licensure:
- Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- ACLS
- NIH Stroke Scale
Experience:
- Must have 2 or more years of recent acute care hospital RN experience
