The ideal candidate will be responsible for high-quality welding and boiler assembly, repairs, and maintenance. This role demands precision, adherence to safety standards, and strong problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities:• Perform advanced welding techniques, especially in 6G welding positions, ensuring high-quality, precise welds.• Assemble, repair, and maintain boilers and pressure vessels in accordance with company and industry standards.• Perform inspections and quality control to ensure all welds and repairs meet regulatory and safety requirements.• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, upholding safety and compliance regulations.• Collaborate with team members, sharing knowledge and supporting a positive work environment.Requirements:• 6G Welding Certification: Valid and up-to-date certification is mandatory.• Experience: 3+ years as a Welder/Boilermaker in the boiler, manufacturing, or combustion industry preferred.• Technical Skills: Proficient in reading blueprints, welding techniques, and boiler assembly/repair processes.• Physical Stamina: Ability to work in various environments and handle physically demanding tasks.• Safety Conscious: Knowledgeable in health and safety regulations with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.Benefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offReferral programVision insuranceWe are a Thermogenics company.
