If you also have a side business and looking to bring on existing clients we can work together to make that happen at our private facility.Benefits:Competitive pay commensurate with prior experience ($40-$60/session DOE)Continuing educationProfessional and career developmentPaid sick days & vacation daysMedical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance401kResponsibilities:Responsible for performing fitness evaluations on potential clients.Management of TrueCoach which is our online platform to manage our clients.Reach out to potential clients weekly by either calling, emailing, or meeting in person to schedule fitness evaluations.Greeting patients, clients and visitors in a professional mannerTeach and monitor clients performing exercisesAccurate and efficient sales package entry, scheduling and client profile creation into Mindbody.Working with the front desk staff to optimize fitness evaluation process.Disinfect and maintain facility and equipmentRecording of videos for marketingRegularly communicate with clients, staff, doctors, and other referral sources while working in a clinical environmentOther duties as assignedMinimum qualifications required:High school diploma or equivalent degreeCPT certificationCSCS preferredPrevious experience preferredExcellent customer service and communication skillsFamiliarity using MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred, but not required.Please do not contact the clinics directly regarding positions.
