Jr. Operations Manager

Overview We’re seeking a results-driven leader to oversee daily janitorial operations for various customer contracts . Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate day-to-day operations across multiple locations. Manage and motivate a diverse team to meet operational and quality objectives. Serve as the local point of contact for client needs and issue resolution. Track and report key performance indicators to senior leadership. Ensure resources, personnel, and timelines are aligned to meet contract requirements. Ideal Background Proven leadership in a management setting — managing personnel, resources, and mission timelines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Adaptable and solutions-oriented under pressure. Skilled at enforcing standards, maintaining accountability, and fostering team cohesion. #J-18808-Ljbffr
