Enterprise Account Executive
PhoenixAI is the Agentic AI Database, purpose-built to give autonomous AI agents sub-second access to live enterprise data at massive scale. The platform unifies real-time and at-rest data in a single AI-native engine, combining the speed and concurrency that agentic workloads demand with the governance and deployment flexibility enterprises require to put AI into production. Formerly known as CelerData, PhoenixAI is headquartered in Menlo Park, California.
We currently have four openings for full time, talented, and hard working Enterprise Account Executives based in the Bay Area or Pacific Northwest.
What you'll do:
- Creating and executing a sales plan to meet revenue targets for PhoenixAI's Agentic AI Database.
- Articulating PhoenixAI 's Agentic Database value proposition and generating awareness within Enterprise Accounts.
- Identifying and qualifying opportunities to drive deals to close.
- Building strategic relationships within the executive level in key accounts, including AI and data infrastructure leaders.
- Collaborating with Marketing to plan and execute business development activities including webinars, seminars, workshops, meetups, trade shows, etc. focused on Agentic AI and enterprise data.
- Accurately logging sales activities in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Hunter mindset, you are always hungry for new businesses.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- 7+ years experience selling enterprise software or SaaS software.
- 3+ years experience of selling database, analytics, data warehouse or data management, or AI/Agentic AI infrastructure products is preferred.
- An engineering background or a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering is preferred but not required.
- Track record of exceeding revenue target.
- Willingness to travel when needed and permitted.
The base salary for this role is projected at $150,000-$200,000 annually, plus eligibility for PhoenixAI's bonus and equity programs.
Individual compensation will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package featuring premium medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
