Head of Sales / Investor Relations- Tier 1 $10bn Private Equity Manager- Leading Compensation

Our client is a leading, tier one, private equity manager with over $10bn AUM, operating across a range of private markets strategies. he firm is off the back of leading performance and over subscribed fundraises, but wants to capitalise on their market position with the acquisition of a leading head of sales. Reporting directly into the founder, this newly created role will head a sales / investor relations team of three sales/client services professionals. This individual will build asset raising strategy, lead capital formation efforts and oversee and support client services and related processes. The right individual will have a strong sales track record in a relevant field and the ability to build out an asset raising strategy. There is also value where an individual is able to institutionalise and improve processes and functions. The firm has a supportive, modern culture and is passionate about generously supporting their sales team to be able to perform at their best level. Progression is unlimited in the role.
