The successful candidate will be tasked with leading the firm's efforts to raise capital from a diverse range of investors, including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional channels. This pivotal role involves not only the immediate responsibility of capital raising but also the strategic development and execution of a scalable capital formation strategy that is in line with the firm's investment funds. The Head of Investor Relations will be the primary point of contact for all investor-related matters, from creating fundraising materials to managing ongoing relationships with limited partners. Applicants for the Head of Investor Relations position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in capital raising and investor relations, specifically within the real estate private equity or alternative assets sector. A proven track record of success in raising capital from various investor types is essential, as is a strong understanding of private fund structures, real estate investment strategies, and the expectations of limited partners.
