About the Role The College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Cincinnati is seeking a strategic, collaborative, and student-focused Assistant Director for Recruitment to join our Office of Recruitment & Enrollment. In this role, you will help lead the development, implementation, and assessment of recruitment strategies that support the college’s enrollment goals and strengthen A&S visibility with prospective students, families, school counselors, community partners, and campus stakeholders. As a key representative of A&S, the Assistant Director will manage assigned recruitment territories and/or programmatic recruitment areas, develop data‑informed territory plans, coordinate projects that advance the college’s recruitment and yield strategy, and support initiatives that showcase the breadth and value of an Arts and Sciences education. This position will play an important role in building relationships, improving recruitment processes, supporting cross‑functional collaboration, and ensuring that prospective students experience A&S as a destination for discovery, growth, and opportunity. This hybrid position requires three days per week in the office on UC’s Uptown Campus and two days working remotely. The Assistant Director for Recruitment will represent the college at high school visits, college fairs, community outreach programs, counselor events, on‑campus programs, and other recruitment activities.
