Are you a proven sales leader looking for the opportunity to take ownership of a growing sales function and drive the next phase of growth for a well-established manufacturing business?

You'll have the autonomy to build sales pipelines, open new markets, influence business direction, and play a critical role in the company's long-term success.

This is a rare opportunity to join an industry-leading manufacturer supplying highly engineered products into aerospace and industrial markets. With significant investment and ambitious growth plans, they are looking for a commercially focused leader to shape strategy, win new business, and develop key customer relationships.

This role would suit a Sales Director, Business Development Director, or Senior Sales Manager with experience selling technical or engineered products into aerospace or industrial markets.

The Role:

Lead and execute the company's sales growth strategy
Develop new business opportunities and key customer relationships
Drive revenue growth across aerospace and industrial markets
Mentor and develop the sales team

The Candidate:

Proven leadership experience within technical or manufacturing sales
Background in aerospace, industrial manufacturing, or engineered products
Strong track record of winning new business and growing accounts
Commercially driven with excellent relationship-building skills
