Overview Legal Assistant/Paralegal — Lake Oswego & Hybrid (1 day WFH). 6 hours per day plus one Friday per month. What you will focus on As a Legal Assistant/Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys with a variety of legal tasks and responsibilities. You will be an integral member of the team, contributing to the firm\'s success through organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle complex legal matters with professionalism and efficiency. Hard skills you need to be successful Conduct legal research and analysis to assist attorneys in preparing for cases, transactions, and client meetings Draft and format legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and correspondence Manage and maintain electronic and physical filing systems to ensure the organization and accessibility of important documents Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties to gather information and provide updates on case progress Coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, and provide general administrative support to the legal team Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal Demonstrated proficiency in legal research, document preparation, and case management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and legal software applications Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent in a related field #J-18808-Ljbffr
