Responsibilities

Prospect, quote, follow up with, and close new insurance clients

Handle inbound leads and make outbound sales calls

Build relationships with prospective and existing clients

Cross-sell appropriate insurance products and identify additional coverage opportunities

Maintain consistent follow-up throughout the sales process

Accurately document activity and client information in agency systems

Meet individual activity, quote, and production goals

Develop knowledge of Farmers products and additional brokerage markets

Provide a professional and high-level client experience

Participate in ongoing sales coaching and training

Requirements

Strong communication and phone skills

Competitive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated

Comfortable making outbound calls and handling rejection

Strong follow-up habits and sense of urgency

Coachable and willing to learn

Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented

Professional attitude and appearance

Ability to work independently while contributing to a team

Insurance or sales experience is preferred but not required

California Property & Casualty license preferred; willingness to obtain licensing if required
