About the Role
As a Farmers Licensed Producer, you’ll play a key role in helping clients protect what matters most. You’ll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and access to industry-leading tools and resources. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow, lead, and eventually run their own Farmers agency.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Build relationships with new and existing clients
- Educate customers on insurance options and coverage needs
- Generate quotes, present solutions, and close sales
- Support agency growth through marketing and outreach
- Develop the skills needed for future agency ownership
