Housekeeping Job DetailsHours: Typical shifts range 9 am - 5 pm (flexible)Schedule: week 1: Monday- Friday, week 2: Tuesday- SaturdayPay Range: $17.00 - $18.00/hourLocation: 733 Selby Ave St. Paul MN, Seven Hills Senior LivingHousekeeping BenefitsFree meal to all employees per shiftDaily PayMedical benefitsAccrue PTOAccrue sick & safeFloat holidaysHousekeeping Responsibilities and DutiesProvide consistent & quality work to the residents and staffMaintain a clean and orderly work area and cleaning cartFollow job routines and instructions according to the assigned housekeeping scheduleAssure resident apartments are clean and sanitized as scheduledMaintain inventory for daily needs & notify supervisor of supply issuesAssist in keeping all common areas neat, clean and safeFollow the daily schedule to ensure all tasks are accomplished in a timely mannerCleaning duties includes but not limited to:Vacuuming hallways, elevators and furnitureWashing inside glass doors and windowsSweeping and/or mopping floorsCleaning and stocking supplies in restroomDustingRubbish/trash removalWashing / polishing woodwork and baseboardsSeasonal duties as assignedHousekeeping QualificationsMinimum 1 year housekeeping/cleaning experienceAble to make responsible choices and decisions, and act in the resident's and overall community's best interestAbility to motivate oneself and work independentlyAbility to be flexible and to work with other staff and residentsKnowledge of cleaning chemicalsGood work ethicMaintains confidentiality
