Human Resource AdministratorBilingual HR Administrator $22-28 HR We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrator to support daily human resources operations and provide administrative support across multiple HR functions. This role is responsible for maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding activities, supporting payroll and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate is professional, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality.Key Responsibilities:Support daily HR administrative functions and employee relations activitiesMaintain employee files, records, and HR databases accurately and confidentiallyAssist with recruiting activities including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboardingCoordinate new hire orientation and employee documentationSupport payroll, benefits enrollment, attendance tracking, and timekeeping processesAssist with policy communication and compliance initiativesPrepare reports, correspondence, and HR-related documentationRespond to employee questions regarding HR policies and proceduresSupport training programs, employee engagement initiatives, and company eventsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and company employment regulationsQualifications:Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred1–3 years of HR, administrative, or office support experience preferredStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to handle confidential information professionallyProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systemsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentBilingual (English/Spanish) requiredPreferred Skills:Experience with payroll or benefits administrationKnowledge of employment laws and HR best practicesAdvance Services, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
