As a key player on our Customer Success Team, you'll: Serve as the first point of contact - via phone, email, and live chat - for businesses launching custom projects Ask smart questions and actively listen to understand each client's goals, timeline, and vision - dive into their world! Gather essential project assets like logos, brand colors, and creative details with precision and organization Coordinate with our in-house design, production, and shipping teams to ensure smooth project flow. From inception, print, client-delivery, and beyond!
