What You'll Do Perform advanced aesthetic and body sculpting treatments Conduct consultations and create customized treatment plans Build lasting client relationships through exceptional care Educate clients on services, skincare, and wellness Recommend packages and memberships that help clients achieve their goals Deliver a five-star experience from consultation to follow-up We're Looking For Someone Who Is a Licensed Texas Aesthetician Loves aesthetics, wellness, and helping people feel amazing Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic Is comfortable with consultations and sales Enjoys working toward goals and earning commissions Is dependable, professional, and eager to grow Bonus Points If You Have Experience With Body Sculpting Laser Hair Removal Medical Spa Treatments RF Microneedling Chemical Peels Hydrafacials Weight Loss Programs Consultative Sales Why You'll Love Working Here Competitive hourly pay + uncapped commissions Performance bonuses Employee treatment discounts Ongoing training and career growth Supportive, drama-free team culture Work with cutting-edge technology that delivers real results Our top-performing aestheticians earn an additional $500-1000+ every two weeks through package sales and client retention while working part-time.
