Location: Belleville, IL Hybrid | Remote

What You'll Do

• Taking and defending deposition
• Propounding and responding to written discovery
• Drafting pleadings
• Court appearances to present and defend client arguments
• Communications with carriers, clients, and opposing counsel
• Multi-tasking
• Managing time-sensitive documents
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Travel as needed to courts across the Southern Illinois area

Qualifications:

• Law school graduate with 1+ years of experience 
• Illinois Bar admission and good standing required
• Demonstrate strong legal research and writing skills
• Genuine interest in litigation and trial practice
• This position offers an excellent opportunity for motivated attorneys to take on substantive legal work early in their careers while receiving mentorship and guidance from experienced trial lawyers.
• Candidates must be willing to obtain a Missouri license, if not already admitted.
