If Yes, How You Will Contribute to the Team:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the Sub-Acute unit , you will prioritize resident care and comfort under the direction of a licensed nurse. You will provide hands-on support to our residents, ensuring they receive high-quality care that aligns with their individual needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Assisting residents with ambulation and transfers
• Assisting licensed nurses with treatments and procedures as needed
• Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information
• Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy environment for residents and staff

Must Have:

• Successful completion of a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant program
• Current CNA certification
• CPR/BLS
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn

Nice to Have:

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
• Nursing Assistant experience providing direct care to multiple residents
• Behavioral care / memory care experience
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC)
