Three-Roll Mill Operator – Machine Operator & Forklift | $21.00/hr | Edwardsville, KS- Mulitple Shifts Available

Looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Three-Roll Mill Operator to join our 1st shift production team. This is a skilled machine operator role responsible for finishing ink batches using three-roll mills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Great opportunity for someone with mechanical aptitude who enjoys hands-on work.

Schedule: Multiple Shifts Available

• 1st Shift - Monday–Friday 7am-3:30pm
• 2nd shift -Monday-Friday 3pm-11:30pm
• 3rds shift- Monday-Friday 11pm-7:30am

Pay : $20.00/hr to start | Up to $23.50/hr upon hire

Paid Weekly

What You'll Be Doing:

• Operate and monitor three-roll mills to finish and refine ink batches
• Perform quality checks to ensure ink meets specifications
• Operate sit-down forklifts to move materials and finished product
• Clean and maintain mills and work area (messy environment — uniforms provided and laundered weekly)
• Weigh and stage materials as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements:

• 2+ years of stable work history in manufacturing or machine operation required
• Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
• Forklift experience preferred — will train the right candidate
• Ability to handle physical work and heavy lifting throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and a humble, hungry, smart attitude
• Comfortable working in a hands-on industrial environment
