- Prepare hair swatches and collect samples adhering strictly to standardized scientific testing procedures.
- Operate specialized lab equipment to measure product performance and generate reliable data.
- Analyze test results and consumer insights data using statistical calculations to substantiate product claims.
- Author comprehensive technical reports and document findings in the company central database.
- Maintain laboratory consumables inventory and manage the assembly and breakdown of analytical instruments.
- Collaborate on the research and development of novel testing methods and claim substantiation protocols.
qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a science-related field or equivalent professional laboratory experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and software data management tools.
- Exceptional manual dexterity for handling delicate samples and precision testing equipment.
- Proven ability to meticulously follow experimental protocols and document repeatable data.
- Strong organizational and written communication skills.
