We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate Scientist to drive cosmetic R&D and hair care performance testing. responsibilities:

• Prepare hair swatches and collect samples adhering strictly to standardized scientific testing procedures.
• Operate specialized lab equipment to measure product performance and generate reliable data.
• Analyze test results and consumer insights data using statistical calculations to substantiate product claims.
• Author comprehensive technical reports and document findings in the company central database.
• Maintain laboratory consumables inventory and manage the assembly and breakdown of analytical instruments.
• Collaborate on the research and development of novel testing methods and claim substantiation protocols.

 
qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a science-related field or equivalent professional laboratory experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and software data management tools.
• Exceptional manual dexterity for handling delicate samples and precision testing equipment.
• Proven ability to meticulously follow experimental protocols and document repeatable data.
• Strong organizational and written communication skills.
