Claims Coordinator

Claims Coordinator (Contract) Overview Our client, an insurance company based in Boston, is looking to bring on a Claims Coordinator on a contract basis. This person must have strong oral and written communication skills and must be able to handle confidential information with appropriate discretion. This position is onsite 5 days a week, and you must be able to commute to the Boston area. Compensation Compensation: $19 per hour (temporary) *salary listed not guaranteed – potential offers vary based on experience level, qualifications, and internal equity and may be outside of this range. Eligibility Applicants must be able to work onsite 5 days per week to be eligible for this position. Responsibilities Making outbound phone calls to retrieve specific client information Develop and maintain documentation, filing cases as needed, and handling case maintenance Documenting all information in system Perform additional duties/projects as needed Qualifications Managing, organizing, and updating files Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Upbeat attitude, outgoing, and approachable Excellent written and verbal communication skills Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion The Hollister Group is an equal opportunity employer.
