Job Details: Hybrid work arrangement (3 days onsite) in New York, NY or Stamford, CT Duration: 6 months contract Pay Rate: $70-$80 hourly W2 Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Data Science, or related fields 5+ years of project or program management experience 2+ years leading AI, machine learning, or digital transformation initiatives Proven expertise in managing complex enterprise programs and diverse teams Strong grasp of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills Nice to Have Skills: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or related fields Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe Experience with Generative AI platforms like Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude Knowledge of ML Ops practices and AI governance frameworks Background in Financial Services, Insurance, Banking, or highly regulated industries Preferred Education and Experience: Master’s degree in Business, Data Science, or Computer Science Extensive experience managing AI projects within regulated environments Estimated Min Rate : $70.00 Estimated Max Rate : $80.00 What’s In It for You?
