ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2008 and has grown into a strong team of eight who truly enjoy working together. I previously worked in State Farm corporate and am a second-generation State Farm agent (my mother was an agent), so this business has always been close to my heart.

Im a Weber State University alum, married with four kids, and love spending time outdoors hiking and staying active. I also enjoy event planning, which probably explains why were big on celebrating milestones and team wins in our office. Family keeps me grounded, and that same family-first mindset shapes our culture.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Kallee Genta - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
