Critical Care Float Pool Registered NurseFairview is looking for a Registered Nurse on our Critical Care Float Pool at Fairview Ridges Hospital in Burnsville, MN. As a Critical Care Float Pool RN, you will float to the Intensive Care Unit and Emergency Department. In a less frequent capacity you may float to Cardiac Telemetry, Surgical, Orthopedic, Medical, Observation, and Oncology. Candidates with RN experience or higher degree may be brought in at a higher rate of pay. There are also shift differentials:$2.00 extra per hour weekend shift differential$4.00 extra per hour night shift differential$2.00 extra per hour for being in the float poolResponsibilities:The Registered Nurse is responsible for the assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care for all assigned patient population(s). The RN is responsible for performing these responsibilities in accordance with all policy, procedures, professional practice guidelines and the MN Nurse Practice Act.
