College/Division HR Coordinator Facilities Management Services – Facilities Management Admin Salary: Competitive salary of $50,100 - $62,600 with great benefits! Location: Atlanta Campus Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM We are growing and excited to offer a role that combines human resources, administration, and accounting support within the Facilities Management Services Division. This position supports university committees, handles payroll deadlines, and works closely with diverse stakeholders. Responsibilities The role provides human resources, administrative, and accounting support, including: Creates job postings in Taleo and coordinates with recruiters on posting issues. Maintains employment job folders, databases, and SharePoint personnel action spreadsheets. Manages interview processes and prepares interview materials. Initiates personnel action processes and updates status in SharePoint. Creates departmental personnel files, archives termination files, and processes clearance forms. Handles business with PantherTemps office and updates bi-weekly employee time entries. Maintains departmental databases and ensures accurate, up-to-date HR information. Provides reports for internal and external customers. Establishes and maintains complex document files and archives. Processes financial journal entries in the financial system and PantherMart, and handles invoice processing and express vouchers. Facilitates onboarding for new employees, including orientation on facilities policies, uniforms, campus ID, passwords, and GSU email. Assists employees with the OneUSG Connect and Taleo onboarding process. Enrolls time‑clock employees, explains usage rules, and resolves time‑clock issues. Communicates payroll deadlines, special events, and benefit updates to staff and supervisors. Runs general correspondence, transmittals, or reports as needed. Liaises between Facilities and the University Occupational Health & Safety Officer. Assists with Worker's Compensation Injury Report preparations and provides information as needed. Performs additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and two years of related experience, or a combination of education and experience. Preferred Hiring Qualifications: Familiarity with GSU policies and procedures. Excellent organizational, time‑management, and communication skills. Ability to build successful relationships with internal and external customers. Comfort working with diverse groups. Capacity to meet deadlines and work under pressure, especially payroll deadlines; able to work independently. Flexibility to adapt to unscheduled assignments. Positive attitude and adherence to instructions. Idea‑generating mindset for process improvement. Experience with OneUSG, PeopleSoft, and Taleo. Fast learner, self‑starter, detail‑oriented, and multitasker. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Job Details Salary: $50,100 - $62,600 (range depends on experience).
