We are looking for a reliable, organized, and bilingual English/Spanish Line Leader to support our production team. In this role, you will assist the Production Supervisor with daily operations, monitor line performance, support team members, and help ensure production runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

This position is a great fit for someone with strong communication skills, leadership ability, and experience working in a fast-paced production or food manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should be able to help organize workflow, follow production schedules, support quality standards, and make sure safety, USDA, OSHA, and company policies are followed throughout the shift.

What You’ll Do:

As a Line Leader, you will help oversee daily production operations by monitoring the production line, organizing workflow, and making sure the team has the support needed to complete daily production goals. You will communicate job expectations, help guide employees, monitor performance, and support the Production Supervisor with any issues that may affect quality, safety, staffing, or production efficiency.

You will also help maintain the production schedule, evaluate line efficiency, monitor line operations, and make sure there is adequate staffing on the production line. This role includes supporting quality control processes, reinforcing company safety procedures, and ensuring that all associates follow safety, quality, legality, and integrity policies.

What You’ll Need:

Previous experience in production, food manufacturing, warehouse, or a similar fast-paced environment is preferred. Leadership or team lead experience is a plus.

Candidates should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, good time management, and the ability to multitask during busy production periods. The ideal candidate must be dependable, punctual, organized, and able to work with supervisors and team members in a professional and respectful manner.

This role may be a great fit for someone who can stay focused under pressure, help lead others, communicate clearly in English and Spanish, and support production needs from start to finish.

Work Environment:

This position is performed in a production environment and may require working around food products, production lines, equipment, and team members throughout the shift. The Line Leader must be comfortable standing, walking, monitoring work areas, and supporting production operations as needed.

Physical Requirements:

Candidates should be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, move around the production area, and assist with tasks required to support the line. This position may require bending, reaching, and performing repetitive tasks depending on daily production needs.
