Industrial Maintenance Technician – Overhead Crane Experience RequiredPay:

$27.00–$32.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule - 3rd Shift: 11pm - 7am, Monday - Friday, Full-Time | Occasional Overtime

OVERHEAD CRANE MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician with hands-on overhead crane maintenance and repair experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong industrial maintenance background with experience across several types of electrical, mechanical, and heavy industrial equipment. We understand it is rare to find someone with experience in every system listed below. If you have overhead crane maintenance experience and solid experience in several of these areas, we want to hear from you.

Military Veterans Encouraged to Apply

Relevant military experience involving electrical systems, heavy equipment, diesel engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, material-handling equipment, cranes, mechanical repair, or industrial maintenance will be considered alongside comparable civilian experience.

What You'll Do

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair overhead cranes – experience REQUIRED
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment and systems
• Diagnose 12V–120V control voltage circuits
• Repair wiring, circuit breakers, controls, and electrical components
• Assemble and install electrical panels and related equipment
• Inspect electrical equipment, wiring, and fixtures for proper operation and safety
• Perform mechanical and electrical repairs on industrial machinery
• Maintain and repair yard trucks, forklifts, and trailers
• Troubleshoot and repair diesel engines and fuel-management systems
• Maintain hydraulic systems on large industrial forklifts and equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic pumps and systems
• Maintain and repair conveyors and material-handling equipment
• Perform welding and fabrication repairs as needed
• Maintain computerized band saws used for cutting mild carbon steel
• Work with CNC oxy-fuel burning/cutting machines
• Maintain and troubleshoot plasma and blasting equipment

What We're Looking For

Required

• Hands-on overhead crane maintenance and repair experience
• Industrial maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
• Working knowledge of electrical systems
• Ability to diagnose equipment problems and perform repairs safely

Highly Desired Experience

Experience in several of the following areas is preferred:

• Industrial electrical troubleshooting
• Diesel engines
• Heavy industrial forklifts
• Hydraulics and pneumatics
• Welding and fabrication
• Conveyors
• CNC oxy-fuel burning machines
• Computerized band saws
• Plasma cutting equipment
• Blasting equipment
• Yard trucks and trailers

You do not need experience with every piece of equipment listed above. We are looking for a well-rounded industrial maintenance professional who has the required overhead crane experience and strong skills in several additional areas.

Compensation & Benefits$27.00–$32.00 per hour, based on experience , plus occasional overtime.
