Production Operator - All Shifts

Production Operator – All Shifts Specialty manufacturer is seeking a production operator for all shifts due to an increase in product volume. This is an excellent opportunity with opportunities to grow and stability! Duties: Set up, operate, and monitor equipment used for producing and packaging products. Measure, weigh, mix, and process chemical ingredients following established procedures to create finished products. Monitor batches for quality and food safety parameters, including Critical Control Points and Control Points. Record production, sanitation, and test data accurately and legibly. Draw samples of products for quality tests. Fill containers with chemical products for sale or internal use. Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and work areas according to company procedures. Promptly report all food safety, physical safety, and product quality issues. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Salary $20.00 - $21.00 / hour Benefits M/D/V Technical Qualifications: Proficient in reading and mathematics at the high school graduate level Minimum of two years of chemical or food processing experience preferred Forklift certification preferred GMP training is a plus HACCP training is a plus Experience measuring, weighing, mixing, and processing ingredients Ability to operate and monitor production and packaging equipment Ability to draw product samples for quality testing Ability to accurately record production, sanitation, and test data Ability to safely operate production machinery, including forklifts, agitators, homogenizers, and drum tippers Ability to perform visual and olfactory observations **If you’d like to hear more about this opportunity and others we are currently working on, please contact Alicia Mytnik at View email address on click.appcast.io.
