This position involves providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a wide variety of diagnoses, including complex emergencies and admission cases. The role requires adaptability to floating within scope across various units and working within a team to support patient needs during night shifts. Job Details Position Description: MS/Tele-ER Border - Nights - 36 hours per week; 3x12 night shifts from 7:30 PM to 8:00 AM, beginning 10/12/2026, for a duration of 13 weeks. Required Qualifications: Active RN license in Maryland or a Compact State, BLS, ACLS, CPI certification, minimum 1 year of relevant experience, and willingness to work nights including every other weekend and 2 out of 3 major holidays. Schedule: Nights, 3x12 shifts, minimum 36 hours per week. Preferred Qualifications: Previous charge experience, 2 years of experience, and experience with charting systems like Epic. Additional Information: The role involves managing a patient census of 10 to 40 borders daily, caring for adult and geriatric patients with a wide range of diagnoses. The nurse must be comfortable floating within scope, including ED, MS/T, and IMC units, and be available for scheduled on-call shifts. Candidates will need to complete compliance requirements including labs within 72 hours of signing and submit documentation 5 days prior to start date.
