Key Duties Litigate complex commercial real estate disputes—including lease issues, foreclosure, construction conflicts, and coop/condo controversies. Handle commercial arbitration, adverse possession, partnership and joint venture litigation, contract disputes, and zoning-related matters. Strategize resolutions that balance aggressive advocacy with cost-effective, client-facing solutions.
