Responsibilities

Engage with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and financial goals.
Present and explain various life and health insurance products clearly and concisely.
Guide clients through the application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive follow-up and exceptional service.
Collaborate with the team to share best practices and contribute to a positive work environment.
Stay current with insurance industry trends, regulations, and product offerings.

Requirements

Valid Illinois Life and Health Insurance Producer License.
Proven experience in insurance sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A genuine desire to help people find the right insurance solutions.
Proficiency with CRM software and standard office applications.
